The Ïã²Ý´«Ã½ (LSAC) has named Sudha Setty as its president and chief executive officer, effective July 1, 2025.

The Ïã²Ý´«Ã½ (LSAC) will soon begin a rigorous search for its next president and CEO. Following seven years of dedicated and successful service as LSAC’s president and CEO, Kellye Testy will assume the role as executive director and CEO of the Association of American Law Schools effective July 1, 2024.

IAALS, the Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System, and the Ïã²Ý´«Ã½ (LSAC), today announced a new joint project — Foundations 2.0 — designed to provide a comprehensive updated view of the skills and competencies new lawyers need to succeed and serve clients well in the rapidly evolving legal profession.

The Ïã²Ý´«Ã½ announced today a bold initiative that will offer undergraduate students a new, holistic pathway to law school. LSAC’s new Legal Education Program will help students develop the skills necessary for success in law, navigate the law school admission process, and build a supportive community of belonging in law.  

The Ïã²Ý´«Ã½ announced today the expansion of its LawHub offerings through the acquisition of Law School Transparency, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing innovative tools that help aspiring law school students make informed decisions about their legal education future. As part of this expansion, Law School Transparency’s co-founder and executive director, Kyle McEntee, has joined LSAC’s growing LawHub team as senior director for prelaw solutions. 

The Association of American Law Schools (AALS) Section on Women in Legal Education will honor Camille deJorna, deputy for legal and global higher education at Ïã²Ý´«Ã½ (LSAC), as the recipient of the 2022 Ruth Bader Ginsburg Lifetime Achievement Award. The honor will be presented at the section’s award ceremony at the 2022 AALS Annual Meeting on January 6.
