As a United States-based organization, Ïã²Ý´«Ã½is subject to U.S. economic sanctions, laws, and regulations. Therefore, Ïã²Ý´«Ã½is prohibited from providing services from Sanctioned Persons unless specifically licensed or otherwise authorized by the U.S. government. Sanctioned Persons include persons residing in certain areas and persons designated by the U.S. government as Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons.
If a Sanctioned Person attempts to create an Ïã²Ý´«Ã½account, register for a test, or otherwise purchase or obtain goods or services from LSAC, Ïã²Ý´«Ã½or a U.S. financial institution may block the registration or payments submitted by or for such Sanctioned Persons. If payment isn’t blocked, Ïã²Ý´«Ã½is required to cancel the registration/account and may not be able to refund the payment.
